OMG! scheduled my car for an oil change, plugs and wires. Showed at 8:30AM. They took my info, verified what I needed and scheduled me in and I left them the keys. Waited all day till 6:30PM. No phone call. I tried to call but they were closed. I went down to see if the gas station was still open. They were. My car is sitting where I left it. Windows down parts still on the front seat, REALLY!!!!. The attendant found my keys and I parked my car and locked it up.
We love these guys...Tommy, Mark, Donny and Dave always do right by us. They dont gouge me, they look after me and my kids cars, and they have always done good and reasonable work....we love McBriens!

We have been using McBrien's nearly exclusively for all of our car repairs and maintenance since we moved to the area in 2001. They have always been easy to deal with, explain things great, call us with options and costs and with the exception of one time, every time the car has been in and out of the shop the same day. The staff is incredible and I have never needed to bring either of cars back to fix something a second time or deal with something after a repair. We have tried going with dealerships and their "repair plans" and it is just a waste of time and money. I love the fact that I can support a local small business and not give up anything in terms of service or cost.
